I built a two storey 420m2 house with APG Homes commencing at the beginning of October 2013 and completing at the beginning of October 2014. It is a double skin brick built structure with a concrete slab and concrete upper floor. I have been very surprised by how smoothly the process was with APG. At first I thought a 12 month period to build a house was too long, but in WA is seems to be the norm. The key for me was the Construction Manager from APG, he was excellent.
