we've decidede to go with Next residential because of a friend's recommendation. However, they are now having lots of problems at the end of the construction stage. We have commenced construction in Nov 2015. We have nominated our own tradesman to do the smartwiring and was chargae a variation of $500. The builder has poured the concrete slab without informing the tradesman to do the cabling and conduits prior. They are now blaming on the owner and our nominated tradesman that we should be aware and dilligent. What is the point of being a home builder? Where is their project management skills? We as the owner are expected to pay additional cost to fix this omission.
