We signed up and paid our deposit with BGC Commodore Homes in June 2013, after being told it would take 12 months to build our new home. It took 13 months in the admin process and now 16 months in construction. We had land title available, finance approved, floor plan chosen and council approval went through in 6 days. So why does it take nearly 2½ years to build a house. Choosing this company has been the worst decision of my life.
