Too many staff changes (8 and counting!). Poor communication between staff, client and site supervisors. Long delays between requests for information and recieving information many times information was incorrect. Long delays in trades as well as stock for trades to work with. Poor quality in managing trade schedule and standard at which trades work. Many build errors yet to be rectified before handover. For what you get in the end Ventura are well over priced and have poor quality standard of work. We would not recommend them to anyone! My advice if you are with Ventura; Pull out before it’s too late! If it is too late, well then don't make any changes to the plans, don't upgrade anything, don't be deceived by the staff that you sign up with! They are paid to promise you the world and sign the dotted line! As soon as you sign then everything goes downhill and add at least 6 months to the build time they suggest.
